Weitere Infos: Inspiriert wurde ich durch Mick Tucker von “Sweet”. Also musste irgendwann ein Schlagzeug her, das ich aber erst mit 14 Jahren bekam. Kurze Zeit später spielte ich in meiner ersten Band. Wir coverten querbeet was das Zeug hielt. Aber die Band zerbrach aufgrund musikalischer Differenzen. Als ich 1981 “Ace of Spades” zum ersten mal hörte war mir klar, dass es ab jetzt nur noch eine Musik geben kann: METAL!!

Dann kam noch 1983 “Kill `em all” dazu und der Speed-Metaller in mir war geboren! Also suchte ich einen Gitarristen und Bassisten und wir legten unter dem Namen “Raging Noise” los. Wir spielten Speed ’n’ Thrash. Wir hielten uns im Underground bis 1996, danach entschlossen wir uns eine Rock-Cover-Band zu gründen damit wenigstens etwas Kohle in die Kasse kam. Die Band “Rocktime” gibt es bis heute. Als 2005 mein Kumpel Axel von Jörg gefragt wurde ob er einen Drummer kennt der für’s HOA 2005 aushelfen könnte sagte dieser das er mich kennt und dies genau meine Musik ist. Also bekam ich Jörg’s Telefonnummer, rief ihn an, zog mir die Warrant-CD ein paar mal rein und nach drei Proben in Düsseldorf ging es auf die Bühne … bis heute … ) … und es macht einfach Spaß mit den Jungs zu bangen, zu rocken und zu metallern.

More Informations: I was inspired by Mick Tucker from Sweet. So at this point I had to get a drummer, but I have to wait ‘til I’m 14 years old. A short time later I played in my first band. We covered different stuff. But the band broke up due to musical differences. In 1981 I heard “Ace of Spades” for the first time and it was clear that there could be only one way of music: METAL! Then I heard in 1983 “Kill` em all” and the speed metal in me was born! So I was looking for a guitar- and bass-player and we started under the name “Raging Noise”. We played Speed ’n’ Thrash!!

We played in the Underground ‘til 1996, after that we changed to a Rock-Cover-Band so that we can earn a little bit of money. The Band “Rocktime” exists until today. In 2005 Jörg asks my friend Axel if he knows a drummer ‘cause of the HOA 2005 and he said that he knows me and this is my real music. I got Jörg’s telephone-number, we had a call, I listened to the Warrant-CD for a few times and after three Sessions in Düsseldorf we went on stage … until today … ) … and it is fun to bang, to rock and play metal with these guys.
